Veterinary Surgeon

The Veterinary Surgeon position centres on providing high-quality small animal veterinary care across consults and surgery. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and care for residents or service users to the role.

Main responsibilities

Provide high-quality small animal veterinary care across consults and surgery. Option to be based at one site or rotate between two branchesNo out-of-hours or on-call duties. Full-time: 45 days per week with 1 in 3 Saturdays (94)Part-time: Flexible hours considered.

Requirements

• Qualified MRCVS with experience in small animal practice.
• Comfortable with routine surgeries and consultations.
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members.

Job details

• £40,000 £60,000 pro rata (DOE) weeks paid holiday, including bank holidays£1,750 CPD budget per annum.
