We are now recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the growing team at a first opinion small animal veterinary practice in the Chesterfield area, Derbyshire
  • excellent full time opportunity working 40 hours week with 1 in 4 weekends on a rota and no OOH
  • practice is modern, light and spacious, with state-of-the-art equipment including digital x-ray, ultrasound, blood pressure monitoring and in-house lab facilities.
  • ideally you will already have some experience in practice and confidence in both medicine and surgical procedures
  • role offers excellent career progression opportunities and funding is available for certificates
  • join a growing, friendly and supportive team of 4 Veterinary Surgeons.
  • well located just south of the City of Sheffield and North of the cities of Derby and Nottingham with easy M1 motorway access and on the edge of the Peak District, the practice benefits from beautiful surroundings.
Person Requirements
  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
  • Registered with the RCVS
  • some experience in practice
  • confidence in medicine and surgical procedures
