Headquartered in London, with colleagues in Continental Europe, this team advises clients in raising private funds and in executing secondary transactions. Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals.

Main responsibilities

Supporting the full investment process, from initial introductions and due diligence to negotiation and final closing. Bringing primary fundraising opportunities to those investors, mainly across the UK, Western Europe, and the US. Leading the distribution, or placement, of GP-led and LP-led secondaries transactions and co‑investments.

Requirements

• Initiating and nurturing close relationships with relevant private markets institutional investors.
• Possession of a US FINRA Series 7 license is advantageous.
• Early‑career Analyst experience in either investment banking, corporate finance advisory, or other financial product sell‑side delivery.
