What you would be doing
As an Event Technical Lead, you’ll be part of a dedicated rota of Technical Event Leads, providing round-the-clock support and stepping in to take charge when complex or high-sever. Keep a close eye on customer incidents and work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to make sure issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Each day, you’ll join calls with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders to share technical updates and keep communication flowing.
