This IT SOx & Compliance Manager opportunity is built around implement Global IT Controls (GITC) framework into systems which will be in scope of SOX compliance as per their impact to financial reporting processes. It would suit someone who can bring cIA/CISA or appropriate IT audit qualifications (preferred) to the role.

Main responsibilities

Implement Global IT Controls (GITC) framework into systems which will be in scope of SOX compliance as per their impact to financial reporting processes. Managing day to day relationship with external, internal and regulatory auditors and facilitate in building an efficient approach to audits that strikes effective balance between ris. Facilitate change management resulting from strategic initiatives to simplify, standardise and automate our processes.

What helps someone succeed

CIA/CISA or appropriate IT audit qualifications (preferred).

Requirements

• Experience in working on audit or advisory engagements over the design and implementation of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) control frameworks into IT systems.
• External/Internal Audit/SOX experience, including familiarity with IT architecture of Technology and/or Telecommunication companies.

Job details

• Newbury / London / Manchester / Stoke (*Hybrid).
• Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role.
• We don't require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month.
• Full Time hours per week – Mon to Fri.
