Who the work supports

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm including 1 in 3 Saturdays. As a Technician at Listers, you will be at the forefront of utilising our state of the art systems to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with all vehicles.

Additional responsibilities may include repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles such as the use of electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on areas such as batteries, d. The main responsibilities would include electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servic.

What needs to be in place

• As a minimum you will hold or working towards completion of your NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
• We also offer outstanding development opportunities, with ongoing training provided to help you reach your full potential as a VW Qualified Technician or Master Technician.
