Job description
As a VP Sales EMEA, the work centres on 2 Giveback days where you can support the local community, volunteer, and/or participate in charity events and activities. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

What the role carries
2 Giveback days where you can support the local community, volunteer, and/or participate in charity events and activities. Leading and expand the EMEA sales organization to drive new business growth and revenue. Driving brand awareness and customer education across EMEA, promoting Phrase’s unified localization platform.

What the role depends on
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with at least 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably with EMEA coverage.
- Experience with mid‑market and enterprise sales cycles; ACV range €50K–€1m+.
- Deep knowledge of sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Practical details
- Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and strategic sales planning to exceed quarterly and annual targets.
