VP – Sales in United Kingdom

This Vp role is focused on developing and execute sales strategies that achieve revenue targets and company objectives. How the role is set up

Our client is a scale up fin-tech, who have developed a strong product portfolio across their integrated banking and payments platform. We are keen to hire a candidate who can deliver sales success, reporting directly to our CEO and working as part of the senior leadership team with autonomy and support.

Where someone would start

Develop and execute sales strategies that achieve revenue targets and company objectives. Identify opportunities for new business development and drive customer acquisition and retention. Maintaining a clear understanding of the market and the industry trends and pain points across various payments verticals.

What is expected

• Excellent sales, opportunity spotting, horizon scanning and communication abilities, with the ability to adjust approach to suit commercial & environmental requirements.
• Proven track record of business development, with 360 sales experience and ability to organise and prioritise activities effectively to maintain relevant pipeline.
• Minimum of 5+ years senior sales / sales leadership experience.
