VW Commercial Vehicle Technician

The VW Commercial Vehicle Technician position centres on complete long-haul or overnight driving work safely and reliably. It would suit someone who can bring dependable and self-motivated on the road to the role.

How the role is set up

As a minimum you will hold or working towards completion of your NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. In addition, you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis.

• Additional responsibilities may include repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles such as the use of electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on areas such as batteries, d.
• The basic salaries start from £33,000 up to £45,000.
• The main responsibilities would include electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servic.
• Bonus / OTEs range from £35,000 up to £48,000.
