£44,000 however, our top performers can earn upwards of OTE £48,000. Start and finish on your driveway, (paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you get home). * Sign on locations also available for discussion.

A self-starter: You are responsible for your own workload, by being there for your customer from beginning to end, as well as filling out your paperwork concisely, you make your ow. What you need
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
- It’s essential that you have a full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less.
- Some knowledge of working on one or multiple VWG brands or vehicles.
Practical information
- In return, we’ll go the extra mile for you, with a two-week AA induction, a two-week VW induction, plus ongoing online or Onsite training including EV and HV training.
- Up to 7% company pension contribution.
- Work model: On-site.
- Shift pattern: Weekends.
