Support Worker focuses on attend weekly staff meetings/supervision when not on shift the night before.
What the role involves
- Attend weekly staff meetings/supervision when not on shift the night before.
- Take part in required training and attend the annual summer holiday when needed.
- Build an understanding of each young person to help assess and meet their ongoing emotional and practical needs.
- Supporting consistent bedtime routines and encourage good hygiene habits.
- Monitoring young people throughout the night, recording all disturbances, movements and key events clearly.
- Preparing the breakfast table, promote healthy eating, and tidy away afterwards.

- Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.
