Support Worker focuses on attend weekly staff meetings/supervision when not on shift the night before.

What the role involves

• Attend weekly staff meetings/supervision when not on shift the night before.
• Take part in required training and attend the annual summer holiday when needed.
• Build an understanding of each young person to help assess and meet their ongoing emotional and practical needs.
• Supporting consistent bedtime routines and encourage good hygiene habits.
• Monitoring young people throughout the night, recording all disturbances, movements and key events clearly.
• Preparing the breakfast table, promote healthy eating, and tidy away afterwards.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

Confirmed role details

• Per annum with potential to earn extra with overtime hours.
• Full Time, permanent.
