- Develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.

- Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

- Supporting 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
- Have a background in mental health support work and have experience in supporting people with challenging behaviours.
- Be able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise your work to suit the people we support.
Additional role context
- 40 hours per week.
- Confidential, supportive Employee Assistance Programme, accessible 24/7.
- Shifts will be 8.00 pm - 8.00 am and can include weekends and bank holidays.
