  • Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

Candidate fit

  • Supporting 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
  • Have a background in mental health support work and have experience in supporting people with challenging behaviours.
  • Be able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise your work to suit the people we support.

Additional role context

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Confidential, supportive Employee Assistance Programme, accessible 24/7.
  • Shifts will be 8.00 pm - 8.00 am and can include weekends and bank holidays.
