The Support Worker position in Worcester Park centres on providing quality and consistent care to help meet the social, emotional, and behavioural needs of residents. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.

Requirements: Waking Night Support Worker Must be at least 21 years old. Access to free counselling support 24/7 365 days a year.

What needs to be in place
- Experience in specialist care for people with autism, learning disabilities, or complex backgrounds.
- Level 3 Health and Social Care.
- A genuine interest in delivering high-quality person-centred care.
Job details
- 28 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days after 5 years.
- The Porthouse is a CQC registered supported living service for adults with autism and learning disabilities and is based in Worcester Park.
- The job is Full Time and will consist of 33.25 hours per week on a shift basis.
- This role requires a female worker as a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
