Requirements: Waking Night Support Worker Must be at least 21 years old. Access to free counselling support 24/7 365 days a year.

What needs to be in place

• Experience in specialist care for people with autism, learning disabilities, or complex backgrounds.
• Level 3 Health and Social Care.
• A genuine interest in delivering high-quality person-centred care.

Job details

• 28 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days after 5 years.
• The Porthouse is a CQC registered supported living service for adults with autism and learning disabilities and is based in Worcester Park.
• The job is Full Time and will consist of 33.25 hours per week on a shift basis.
• This role requires a female worker as a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
