Job description
This Support Worker role is focused on supporting care planning, developing risk assessments, behavior management and to hand over information on a daily basis. It would suit someone who can bring fulbridge Social Care are looking for caring and professional individuals to join our waking night bank team to the role.

What the role carries
Supporting care planning, developing risk assessments, behavior management and to hand over information on a daily basis. To Supervise children and young people during the night and to proactively support/encourage the development of their well-being with a good bed time routine. Provide care, direction and support to young people who may display challenging and disruptive behaviours, emotional and social difficulties.
