Waking Watch Support

This Support Worker role is focused on supporting care planning, developing risk assessments, behavior management and to hand over information on a daily basis. What the role carries

Supporting care planning, developing risk assessments, behavior management and to hand over information on a daily basis. To Supervise children and young people during the night and to proactively support/encourage the development of their well-being with a good bed time routine. Provide care, direction and support to young people who may display challenging and disruptive behaviours, emotional and social difficulties.
