Warehouse Assistant

This Warehouse Assistant role in Tonbridge, Kent is focused on be supporting us with general warehouse tasks (picking, packing, checking off deliveries & putting away products), directly contributing towards our mission to create unexpected de. It would suit someone who can bring willingness to be patient and to help team members be the best they can be to the role.

How the role is set up

Help manage the inbound, outbound & Onsite stock movements inline with quality, warehouse and compliance policies. Work collaboratively with the broader Warehouse / Fulfilment leadership teams and other departments in the business to deliver against planned and ad-hoc project deadlines.

Keen to learn, progress and develop. Coordinating warehouse activity across stock flow, dispatch accuracy, and shift handovers.

• Relevant warehouse, stock control, shift leadership, or dispatch experience.

Job details

• What’s the Contract? Initially, this is a temporary contract until 8th January, 2027, but for the right candidate there is always an opportunity for a permanent contract.
• What are you gonna pay me? £12.75 per hour, plus bonus (which can take great people up to £14+ per hour!).
• What are the shift options? Shifts are Available Monday to Sunday (with optional overtime). We currently have vacancies for the following shift pattern:.
• We’ve recently reviewed our pay rates. The role offers £12.75 per hour, plus a productivity bonus, with the potential to earn £14+ per hour depending on performance.
