Job Description
- Coordinate and implement changes in warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and supply chain activities.
- Provide detailed reporting on project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements within the warehouse.
- Support the training and development of team members in new processes and systems.
- Ensure health and safety standards are upheld during the implementation of changes.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimise disruptions in the logistics workflow.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Warehouse Change Coordinator should have:
- Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experience in warehouse operations within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to manage and implement operational changes effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
