As a Warehouse First Line Manager, the work centres on conducting 1-2-1's, return to works and development planning for members of staff. It would suit someone who can bring organised and confident keeping warehouse priorities clear during a shift to the role.

What needs to be in place

• Previous experience of people management within a warehouse or supply chain environment is essential.
• Good IT experience- using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Relevant warehouse, stock control, shift leadership, or dispatch experience.

Job details

• 40 hours per week, Any 5 from 7 rotational 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm.
