Warehouse First Line Manager focuses on leading by example in health & safety.

What the role involves

• Leading by example in health & safety.
• Processing adherence, and team engagement.
• Managing shift handovers, resource planning, and operational continuity.
• Supporting HR functions including RTWs, investigations, and absence management.
• Driving performance against KPIs and supporting site-wide initiatives.
• Acting as site lead on Sundays and during management absences.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in team leadership within a warehouse or supply chain environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Confirmed role details

• We’re looking to offer a salary of up to per annum, and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
