What the role involves

• Operational Leadership: Provide day‑to‑day management of the warehouse operation within the prison environment, ensuring the timely receipt, processing.
• Maintaining effective working relationships with HMPPS stakeholders, including: Governors, Security, Labour Allocation, and Industries teams.
• Compliance, Security & Safety: Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety regulations, Prison Service Instructions, local security processes, and DHL policies.
• Undergo an enhanced security vetting process if you are to be successful for this position.

Skills and requirements

• You must have three recent years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance).
• Pick up even small things like points on your licence or someone close to you having a conviction. Sharing anything early helps us support you through the process.

• 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days.

Confirmed role details

• Permanent (Full-Time), 40 hour working week.
