Warehouse Manager focuses on confidently communicate the plan to other internal stakeholders.

What the role involves

• Confidently communicate the plan to other internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to remotely create machine portfolios and accounts to enable full functionality of our machines.
• Work with the warehouse team to ensure all machines that have passed out PDI checks are correctly labelled and ready for collection by our logistics partners.
• Liaise with our customers to notify them when their machine movements will be taking place, and adjust the movement planner accordingly.
• To have a positive impact on performance within the organization.
• Processing and rule driven mindset with an aversion to risk.

Skills and requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a high level of written and spoken English.
• Able to manage confidential information.
• Experience of collaborating with colleagues in other departments.
• Experience in Microsoft, particularly Excel.

• We are hiring a candidate to join our Warehouse Operations Team on a fixed term contract for 1 year and play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end administrative workload that.
