• Manage a large warehouse team, including training, development, and performance management.
• Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Maintain a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with Health & Safety teams to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and site infrastructure, including forklifts, racking, shutters, utilities, and other capital equipment.
• Coordinating maintenance schedules, repairs, and compliance checks across the site.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant licence, warehouse, driving, stock, or operations experience may be required.

• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
