People solutions are seeking an experienced and highly organised Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and lead a dedicated warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Distribution Centre Manager, Logistics Manager or Operations Manager.

Pay Rate: £35,000 per annum

Shifts: Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm

Day to Day Duties:

Your duties as a Warehouse Manager will be, but not limited to:

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are controlled
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff
• Implement and enforce health & safety procedures
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Training:

• Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
