What the role involves

• A well established manufacturing business in Stoke on Trent are looking for someone to manage their Warehouse operations, Demand Planning as well as continuous improvement within t.
• Maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits and RCA of discrepancies.
• Monitoring 3PL performance against SLA's, KPI's and contractual obligations, including fulfillment accuracy, on-time shipping and inventory integrity.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Develop warehouse staff to build a high‑performing team.

• Logistics Manager with experience of managing 3PL partners across Europe and the USA?

Confirmed role details

• Offering a salary of up to £65K working Monday to Friday.

Candidate fit

• Experienced Operations Manager.
• Experience of working within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of fulfilment operations, inventory control and logistics processes.

Additional role context

• Leading daily warehouse activities.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for all 3PL partners across Europe and the USA.
• Conduct regular reviews with each 3PL.
