Warehouse Night Shift Manager focuses on lead the work activities of the shift, providing effective leadership, communication, motivation, training and development and team management for the workforce.

What the role involves

• Lead the work activities of the shift, providing effective leadership, communication, motivation, training and development and team management for the workforce.
• Managing own staff on shift to drive a culture of high performance, positive engagement and the highest standards of safety and productivity.
• Ensure that team performance reviews, development and/or succession planning is completed for all staff on shift.
• Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
• Lead the focus on improved productivity levels. Operational process owners with authority to identify and make changes for improvement.
• Execute against customer requirements and operational KPI's. Produce end of shift analysis.

Confirmed role details

• Permanent (Full-Time).
• Sunday to Thursday - 9pm - 6am.
• We're now looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager.
