Warehouse & Operative focuses on operating mhe to transport parent reels and finished goods, as well as assisting loading and unloading hgvs.

What the role involves

• Operating MHE to transport Parent Reels and Finished Goods, as well as assisting loading and unloading HGVs.
• Following all safe standards of working, SOPs and HSE guidelines to ensure that everyone remains safe.
• Ensuring equipment is well-maintained and free from damage, ensuring any damage, faults or malfunctions are reported immediately.
• Ensuring full accuracy when loading and unloading products, ensuring they are labelled and stored correctly.
• Carrying out pre-use safety checks and ensuring accurate records are kept.
• Performing daily and weekly cleaning tasks.

Skills and requirements

• Certified Counterbalance Licence (B1 & B2) - RTITB, CITB, ITSSAR (or similar accredited body).
• Clamp attachment, ideally with recent experience.
• Adaptable approach to workload and assisting the team.
• We are in the embryonic stages of commencing activity, therefore we require your flexibility to work across all areas as reasonably required.

Additional role context

• 14:00 – 22:00 hrs.
• Initially this role will focus on parent reel storage and finished goods.
