We are now recruiting for a Production/Warehouse Operative to join our busy manufacturing department, working across multiple departments which will include PU casting department, wet paint and powder coat preparation (dressing, blasting and fettling).
What's the mission?
In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure safety and quality standards are followed so that products perform well and customers are satisfied. You’ll also follow environmental procedures, carry out daily maintenance checks, record any defects, and keep a high standard of housekeeping. Working to the daily production plan, you’ll collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager and your colleagues to identify and put improvements into practice. In addition, you’ll support with risk assessments and provide assistance to the SHEQ Coordinator when required.
