Warehouse Operative focuses on based at their production facility, you’ll be responsible for picking and loading a factory fed warehouse operation.

What the role involves

• Based at their production facility, you’ll be responsible for picking and loading a factory fed warehouse operation.
• Handling and putting away palletised goods.
• Stacking and handling palletsed goods onto trailers.
• Driving on-site loading efficiency and looking at ways we can improve.
• Putting pallets into the line feeder for production.

Skills and requirements

• Are you looking to use your warehouse and FLT experience in a new role?
• A track record of operating an FLT truck.
• A focus on health and safety.
• Experience within Warehousing would be beneficial.

Confirmed role details

• We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse operative/FLT driver on the day shift, rotating 4 on 4 off days, for our new contract in Leicestershire.
• In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.

• 97 per hr with a 1.25% increase for any overtime an a 1.5% on a Sat&Sun.
