Warehouse Operative focuses on checking and putting away supplier delivered parts.

What the role involves

• Checking and putting away supplier delivered parts.
• Picking and loading vans accurately and in a timely manner.
• Checking customer returns for resale, warranty or surcharge.
• Checking stock quantities are correct against computer whilst also checking stock is stored in the allocated bin locations.

Skills and requirements

• Warehouse, picking, packing, stock, dispatch, forklift, or goods-in experience may be useful.

Confirmed role details

• Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working - depending on the cover needed in the branch.
• A great track record working in a fast paced warehouse, or similar environment.
• Work efficiently with good attention to detail.
• Understand the necessity of customer service & working to deadlines.

• At GSF Car Parts, our Warehouse Operatives play an important role within the team by always ensuring orders are picked and packed, and ready to be delivered to our customers.
• They are champions of customer service delivery through efficient coordination of warehouse stock and understand the importance of delivery timeframes.
• As a Warehouse Operative working on a zero hour/casual contact, you will support the branch in covering any holidays or absences.
