Warehouse Operative focuses on reporting to the supervisor, playing a vital role in maintaining the stock integrity and receiving of goods and despatch within the warehouse.

What the role involves

• Reporting to the Supervisor, playing a vital role in maintaining the stock integrity and receiving of goods and despatch within the warehouse.
• Liaise with Management to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads and amend/rework accordingly.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built, correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.
• Stretch wrap completed order and present to marshalling area as appropriate.
• Undertaking further warehouse operative duties of marshalling, cleaning, loading, goods-in, pallet checking, as requested by the site management team.

Skills and requirements

• Flexi/Bendi experience is desired.
• PPT experience is essential.
• 2 years previous experience in a highly active warehouse.
• Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment.
