What the role involves
- Delegating workloads and prioritising tasks to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Resolving delivery and warehouse related queries.
- Processing manual returns and incoming deliveries through the stock management system.
- Supporting stock control activities and maintaining excellent stock accuracy levels.
- Monitoring team performance and helping to drive continuous improvement across the operation.
- Our client, a high-end fashion company, are looking for someone who can effectively manage a team.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience within a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Warehouse Operative role is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including goods in, picking, packing, stock control, returns, and despatch.
- Proven experience leading and motivating a team would be advantageous.
- Good IT skills and experience using warehouse or stock management systems.
Confirmed role details
- Attendance bonus of £40 per week for attending all scheduled shifts and arriving on time.
- · 28 days paid holiday pro rata PAYE (Inclusive of statutory holidays).
Candidate fit
- Accuracy, safe handling, reliability, and confidence working to shift or warehouse processes.
Additional role context
- 37.5 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday.
- Tuesday to Friday: 06:00 - 14:00.
