Warehouse Operative

Work commencing Mid/late spring!

We will be seeking Warehouse Operative to join a well-established business based in Sleaford, specialising in conservatories, PVC products, and building materials.

This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse environment, ideal for someone reliable, physically fit, and looking for long-term work.

Key Responsibilities:

– Loading and unloading deliveries, including PVC products and conservatory materials

Picking and packing orders accurately
Assisting with goods-in and stock control

– Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe

– Supporting with manual handling of large and sometimes heavy items
– Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
