The Warehouse Operative position centres on ensure all Picking documentation is completed correctly, giving accurate information at all times. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Role overview

Training will begin on Monday – Friday for a period ≈ 3 weeks. Carry out any reasonable request asked of you, by your Shift Co-ordinator /Warehouse manager at all times.

Logistics work involved

Attend a daily pre shift briefing with the Team Leader, paying attention to all information given when required. Ensure all Picking documentation is completed correctly, giving accurate information at all times. Ensure product care is continuous and all equipment is treated with care at all times, highlighting any damage to the Team Leader immediately.

Licences, skills and experience

  • Warehouse, picking, packing, stock, dispatch, forklift, or goods-in experience may be useful.

Job details

  • Responsible To: Warehouse Shift Supervisor.
  • 19:00 – 06:00and 08:00 – 19:00 (nights/days) Sunday to Wednesday on an alternating Shift System.
  • Of the warehouse operative is to efficiently and accurately pick and despatch plastic building products to our customer base, ensuring Health & Safety standards and other establish.
  • Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
