Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative focuses on supporting the day to day warehouse operation by carrying out inbound, outbound and stock control activities using the warehouse management system (wms).

What the role involves

• Supporting the day to day warehouse operation by carrying out inbound, outbound and stock control activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pack products accurately for retail delivery orders, handling stock with care and a high level of attention to detail.
• Work efficiently and flexibly to meet operational KPIs and targets, both independently and as part of a wider team.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment by following all safe systems of work, standard operating procedures and hygiene requirements.

Skills and requirements

• Previous warehouse experience and FLT licences would be an advantage but are not essential.
• The flexibility to work at pace in a busy warehouse environment, meeting targets and operational demands.
• The ability to work safely both independently and as part of a team, with a focused, quality‑driven approach and strong attention to detail.
