What the role involves

• 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata).
• £29, - £36, per annum.

• As a Shift Leader at Lidl, youll help run operations in one of our 14 warehouses, leading by example to see the impact of what you do at the end of every day.
• Support your team across their shift, keeping them positive and motivated to carry out excellent teamwork.

Skills and requirements

• Warehouse, picking, packing, stock, dispatch, forklift, or goods-in experience may be useful.
