Warehouse Shift Manager

Warehouse Shift Manager focuses on to directly assist operational management by initiating, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and staff performance of your designated shift.

What the role involves

• To directly assist operational management by initiating, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and staff performance of your designated shift.
• Responsible for Health and Safety across the operation and driving a Safety First Culture, to ensure all staff are safe within the workplace at all times.
• Supporting a continuous improvement programme to increase efficient and effective working practices within the operation.
• Proven people management experience within a warehouse environment, ideally in e-commerce or other fast-paced, high-volume operations.
• Experience managing next-day or time-critical order fulfilment processes.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build.
