What the role involves

• Leading and managing the performance of your shift team, including First Line Managers.
• Monitoring and improving productivity by clearly communicating expectations and tracking output.
• Overseeing stock movement and control to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Previous experience as a Shift Manager, ideally within warehousing or logistics.
• Proven experience managing teams, including First Line Managers (FLMs).

Skills and requirements

• Experience working within a 3PL (third-party logistics) environment.

• Permanent (Full-Time).
• Working Monday to Friday, 10pm-6am.
