Role overview

Support the Shift Manager in any ad hoc duties within the Warehouse function. Good working knowledge within a Warehouse and Logistics operation within a FMCG environment is desirable.

Main responsibilities

Managing and motivate the shift team in order to ensure that productivity and service KPIs are achieved or exceeded. Managing Goods Inwards area and Loading bays to ensure that receipts are made quickly and without damaging goods so that stock is available to satisfy orders.

Requirements

• Carry out daily shift briefs to their teams and ensure that their teams are kept up to date with all relevant information to enable them to carry out their work.
• Previous operational experience within a warehouse environment.
• Computer Literte in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
