• Operating within a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, you will act as the on-site leader, ensuring continuity of operations across day and night shifts.
• Ensure effective shift handovers and strong communication across the leadership team.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics management role (ideally FMCG).
• Strong knowledge of dispatch, transport coordination, and warehouse systems.
