This Warehouse Team Leader opportunity is built around reporting any deviations from the plan to Supervisor/Operations Manager accurately and in timely manner. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

How the role works day to day
Reporting any deviations from the plan to Supervisor/Operations Manager accurately and in timely manner. Plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the warehouse operatives, providing effective communication, leadership, succession planning, motivation, traini. Respond constructively to internal and external customer requests while developing and maintaining effective communication.

What needs to be in place
- Experience is similar role within a fast-paced warehouse environment preferable.
- Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation.
- Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
