• Have a minimum of five years’ experience in Warranty and have an in-depth knowledge of the motor industry.
• Alternatively, we will also consider applicants with strong Aftersales and Warranty Process knowledge and three years of technical/workshop experience.
• Extensive knowledge of policy and procedure as well as workshops’ processes.
