What the role involves

• We're looking for a Site Waste Champion who will be responsible for themunication and execution of the Imperfect Product sales agenda and associated site waste streams, reporting t.
• Responsible for the organisation and maximising collection opportunities in each product category of imperfect product.
• Collaborate effectively and escalate potential risks to key stakeholders.
• Delivering documented reports on waste stream progress on a weekly basis to key stakeholders.
• Cover multiple waste streams across the śsite including card, plastic, animal feed, R1 Reduce, R2 Reuse and R3 Recycle (this list is not exhaustive).
• Delivering the weekly and monthly Imperfect Product sales numbers versus forecast.

Skills and requirements

• Effective at building relationships and able to interact with people at all levels.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team towards amon goal.
• Logical mind with a strong eye for detail and an organised approach.
• Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills, including data analysis, advanced formula creation, pivot tables and generating weekly and monthly reports.
