Wayleaves Specialist focuses on negotiate complex consents, wayleaves, easements and agreements in respect of the location of distribution assets.

What the role involves

• Negotiate complex consents, wayleaves, easements and agreements in respect of the location of distribution assets.
• Resolving customer complaints directly wherever possible.
• Investigating and reporting on estate related matters.
• Introduce new wayleaves, easements, consents and agreements techniques and methods.
• Train appropriate staff on the aspects of wayleaves, easements, consents and agreements.
• Reporting any accident, injury, damage to property or near miss.

Candidate fit

• As you will need to be mobile throughout the area you must have a full and valid driving licence.
