Weekend Sales Negotiator focuses on speaking or meeting with our customers to book market appraisal and/or viewing appointments to generate sales as well as respond their enquiries or requests in order to assist with.

What the role involves

  • Speaking or meeting with our customers to book Market Appraisal and/or viewing appointments to generate sales as well as respond their enquiries or requests in order to assist with.

Skills and requirements

  • Industry experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
  • Candidates who can evidence previous targeted sales experience in a customer focused environment.
  • Identify and prospect for new business opportunities (Valuations) plus promote ancillary services such as mortgages, Survey & Conveyancing which will generate revenue & enhance the.
  • Maintain and continually update personal knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities.

Confirmed role details

  • Up to £6545 per annum, plus commission OTE £10,000 per annum.
  • Part Time, 9.5 hours per week, Saturday 09.00am - 3.30pm, Sunday 11.00am - 2.30pm & Bank Holidays.

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Manning Stainton as a Weekend Sales Negotiator in our busy Horsforth office.
  • To be responsible for accurately recording all information collated from telephone and face to face contact on the databases and producing accurate records to Company standards.
  • Reviewing marketing and price and offering advice on property sale.
