- Provide guidance and signposting to external services such as healthcare providers, shops.
- Ensure Service Users are moved on within required timeframes.
- Managing a portfolio of accommodation properties and hotel placements.
- Ensure properties meet health and safety standards at all times.
- Coordinating and carry out minor repairs where necessary.
- Ensure items are repaired or replaced as needed.
Skills and requirements
- Successful applicants will be subject to DBS and CTC clearance.
- Compassionate and proactive, with a strong focus on safeguarding and welfare.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Confirmed role details
- Up to £35,000pa.
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (48 hours per week - Days & Nights).
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
- Employer pension contribution (4% employer.
Additional role context
- Support, and safeguarding to Service Users (SUs) residing in temporary accommodation.
- Manage an assigned caseload, ensuring welfare standards are maintained while working in line with company procedures.
- This role operates on a 48-hour week, consisting of 12-hour shifts.
