  • Provide guidance and signposting to external services such as healthcare providers, shops.
  • Ensure Service Users are moved on within required timeframes.
  • Managing a portfolio of accommodation properties and hotel placements.
  • Ensure properties meet health and safety standards at all times.
  • Coordinating and carry out minor repairs where necessary.
  • Ensure items are repaired or replaced as needed.

Skills and requirements

  • Successful applicants will be subject to DBS and CTC clearance.
  • Compassionate and proactive, with a strong focus on safeguarding and welfare.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Confirmed role details

  • Up to £35,000pa.
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (48 hours per week - Days & Nights).
  • 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
  • Employer pension contribution (4% employer.

Additional role context

  • Support, and safeguarding to Service Users (SUs) residing in temporary accommodation.
  • Manage an assigned caseload, ensuring welfare standards are maintained while working in line with company procedures.
  • This role operates on a 48-hour week, consisting of 12-hour shifts.
