Where the work sits
Resident Support and Coaching Conduct interviews and develop 1:1 support plans to promote skills, behaviour change and progression towards employment. Demonstrate awareness of Section 17 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
How the role works day to day
Work flexibly in terms of hours and location, including remote and home working, subject to service needs. Supporting guests to maintain tenancies and access welfare benefits, health referrals, training and employment. Supporting Afghan families and individuals under the Afghan Relocation Programmes with benefits, ESOL, education, grants, training and employment.

Practical details

- £39,027 – £44,463 per annum (pro rata if part-time).

What needs to be in place
- Provide advice to improve housing conditions, health and wellbeing and make referrals to relevant agencies, including NHS services, social care and partner teams.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
