Job description
This Wellbeing Officer role with Level 2ICT competence is focused on managing safeguarding responsibilities as a Designated Person, maintaining accurate records and liaising with partner safeguarding leads. It would suit someone who can bring supporting task-by-task logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

Functional English and Maths at Level 2ICT competence (e.g. The Wellbeing Officer plays a critical role in supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of young people and vulnerable learners across Study Programmes, 14–19 projects, and app.
What you would be doing
Supporting learners with out‑of‑hours safeguarding needs where required. Managing safeguarding responsibilities as a Designated Person, maintaining accurate records and liaising with partner safeguarding leads. Administer and manage medication and personal care in line with policies and individual care plans.

What you need
- Experience working with statutory agencies supporting children and vulnerable adults.
- Experience supporting learners in crisis situations.
- Experience working with young people who have social, emotional, or behavioural needs.
Practical information
- 5 days per week based in the office.
- Closes on 9th April, apply ASAP.
- Enhanced DBS with barred list required.
- We work on Bi weekly payment schedule.
