Westbourne Retail Volunteer focuses on our charity shops rely on volunteers throughout the week and are looking for support in the following roles.

What the role involves

• Our charity shops rely on volunteers throughout the week and are looking for support in the following roles.
• Sort room support - volunteers to help in our stock room to process donations that come in, steam, tag.
• Preparing them for the shop floor.

Confirmed role details

• Mon - Sat (9.30am - 1pm).
• However, please discuss your availability with us as we like to be as flexible as we can and even a few hours each week will make a huge difference.
• Volunteering has lots of benefits from building confidence to reducing stress and is a great way to learn a new skill, make friends, and have fun.
• You don’t have to have experience to be a volunteer at Julia’s House as we provide all the training you will require.

Candidate fit

• It would suit someone who can bring friendly and approachable to the role.

Additional role context

• Cash desk - volunteers to serve customers on the tills, keep them up to date with what is happening at Julia's House.
• We are holding interviews at the shop on Monday 10th February, and the training day will be Monday 17th February.
