Wholesale Operations & Customer Services Coordinator focuses on manage wholesale and franchise orders accurately using erp/order, across emea markets.

What the role involves

  • Manage wholesale and franchise orders accurately using ERP/order, across EMEA markets.
  • · Monitor order progress from confirmation through to delivery.
  • · Coordinate with the 3PL in Europe and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate Ex-Works shipments, liaising with customer-nominated freight forwarders and managing customers’ booking portals.
  • Manage shipping documentation and export paperwork where required.
  • · Prepare proforma invoices for pre-payment customers.

Skills and requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, working with key accounts such as Selfridges, Harrods, Net-a-porter.

Candidate fit

  • · Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy across systems.
