What the role involves
- Manage wholesale and franchise orders accurately using ERP/order, across EMEA markets.
- · Monitor order progress from confirmation through to delivery.
- · Coordinate with the 3PL in Europe and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate Ex-Works shipments, liaising with customer-nominated freight forwarders and managing customers’ booking portals.
- Manage shipping documentation and export paperwork where required.
- · Prepare proforma invoices for pre-payment customers.
Skills and requirements
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, working with key accounts such as Selfridges, Harrods, Net-a-porter.
Candidate fit
- · Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy across systems.
