Work Experience & Placement Coordinator
Work Experience & Placement Coordinator focuses on support staff learning needs of the partnership.
What the role involves
- Support staff learning needs of the Partnership.
- The programmes the post will support include but are not limited to the day-to-day arrangements for apprenticeships.
- Recruiting and inducting both new to the Partnership apprentices and supporting existing colleagues onto apprenticeship programmes.
- Support to apprentices and their manager, and escalating issues to the appropriate channels (HR, Occupational Health etc).
- Delivering the best care using the most up-to-date practise in supporting those with mental health illnesses.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum Level 3 qualification (any subject).
- Teaching or mentoring qualification, or extensive experience GCSE Maths and English or equivalent at Grades A-C (or working towards).
- Certificate in Advice and Guidance (RQF) Level 3 NVQ.
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training Business Administration qualification (Level 3 or above).
