Work Experience & Placement Coordinator

Work Experience & Placement Coordinator focuses on support staff learning needs of the partnership.

What the role involves

• Support staff learning needs of the Partnership.
• The programmes the post will support include but are not limited to the day-to-day arrangements for apprenticeships.
• Recruiting and inducting both new to the Partnership apprentices and supporting existing colleagues onto apprenticeship programmes.
• Support to apprentices and their manager, and escalating issues to the appropriate channels (HR, Occupational Health etc).
• Delivering the best care using the most up-to-date practise in supporting those with mental health illnesses.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification (any subject).
• Teaching or mentoring qualification, or extensive experience GCSE Maths and English or equivalent at Grades A-C (or working towards).
• Certificate in Advice and Guidance (RQF) Level 3 NVQ.
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training Business Administration qualification (Level 3 or above).
