Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions. Business Connectivity Reimbursement (Phone/Internet).

How support shows up

Design and maintain alternate account sets to support statutory and management reporting requirements. Leading system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations with a focus on financial compliance and efficiency. Serve as the primary technical lead for Workday Financials in the UK region, ensuring optimal configuration and integration.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

What needs to be in place

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university, and five years related experience.
• Create a positive team member experience as part of the broader Information Technology group.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role supporting Workday Financials.
